The KCS Automotive team was excited about the opportunity to get back into a live setting with motor industry colleagues at AM Live – and the show certainly lived up to expectations!
On 11th November, Hall 7 of the NEC was filled with the sound of motor retail experts coming face to face for the first time in a long while and taking the chance to catch up on new product developments, innovations and business plans.
Our team has visited the show on numerous occasions, but this was our debut as an exhibitor at AM Live and we found the experience truly motivating.
Throughout the day we helped clients and prospects explore and understand the potential of robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial technology (AI) to transform their data quality and underpin an intelligent and profitable customer communication strategy.
For many, it was their first introduction into the potential benefits of our unique style of automation and a chance to take initial steps towards delivering a more personable and tailored brand experience for their customers.
Our ability to share impressive results from a range of lost sale, overdue, retention and MOT campaigns proved to be a catalyst to schedule follow-up conversations after the show and we look forward to continuing these discussions with a number of automotive retailers in the coming weeks.
In addition, we took the opportunity to showcase our consultancy expertise – an area of the business that’s currently seeing unprecedented demand. From project management support to overhauling IT systems, our expert consultants are called upon to help dealers across the UK to make their businesses more efficient and more profitable.
